At Rustic Haze, we get that sometimes things don’t quite fit right—or just aren't what you expected. We’re here to help make it right.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, as long as:

The item is in its original condition

Tags are still attached

All eligible returns will be issued as a store credit, and exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Heads up: Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges are on the customer.

Express Shipping (Australia-wide):

Live in the bush? Give it an extra day or two—Australia Post will still get it there!

International Shipping
